I have tried countless times to get a Wi-Fi connection on my pokemon platinum game but it never goes through? ever had this problem? know how to fix it?

I'm surprised no one's touched this yet. I guess I'll give it a go.
First, the stupid questions:
Have you set up your WiFi settings? Have you connected before, and suddenly you can't?

Have you set up your WiFi settings? Have you connected before, and suddenly you can't? I never really connected before. I have been trying to figure out the settings though. but, I have been trying to connect at home. i'll have to go to a wifi spot like the library and see if it works.

Well, I'm no techy, so I'd suggest browsing Nintendo's handy guide to connecting to WiFi on a Lite.

I need one crying If they still sell them, check the electronics/Nintendo section at any major retailer, such as Target/Wal-Mart/Best Buy/so forth. If you still can't find them, ask an employee, since I'm not sure if they still produce the USB connectors (I wanna say they don't, but I can't recall any sort of source).

They're really hard to come across, from my understanding. I don't think GameStop/EB sells them anymore. You can find them on sites like Amazon and eBay though, I know that.
Edit: Also, depending on the level of security on a wireless network, you still may not able to get on. crying *speaking form experience*
