ppl say 2012 yes its true there will be an alinement of the galaxys center with our earth scientists saw a meteor that has a 10% chance to hit by 2012 a solar flare might hit 2012 and theres the myan calander too

Ummmm..... 2012...... I don't care that the world gonna end in 2012 but I know back in September 2008, CERN launched the LHC (Large Heridon Collider) that would recreate a big bang. However, it could produce a black hole (that would swallow the Earth) or a strangelet (that could turn the Earth into a strangelet star), and that would be disastrous to the world, thus making the world to end. However, the CERN's LHC suffered a major malfunction and has to be shut down. Repairs took many months. The LHC is due to re-operate in mid-November 2009, but if there's additional problems to the LHC, then I hope it'll start up again in 2010 or 2011. If there is still problems in 2010 or 2011, then I think it'll start up in 2012, possibly when the current Mayan Calendarial era reaches the end.
