I love Twilight for the simple reason that it produced this.

BEST. PARODIES. EVER.

If you guys don't know cleolinda through Twilight recaps, you might've heard of her through Movies in 15 Minutes (M15M) which she also writes. She's hilarious and I warmly recommend reading her parodies, both lovers and haters of the series.

(re:actual opinion - I found the books tiring and Bella uninspiring. Also, I've never found the prospect of making out with an ice-cold statue to be particularly thrilling. But that's just me.)

Uh...I got the first one when it came out, before all the excessive publicity. I...liked it, as a little entertaining book. But then more and more started coming out....and girls started running around with I <3 EDWARD CULLEN on all their shirts. And I wondered how long this could go on without any plot or character developement. And I'm still waiting for the end =[
If you were to believe in things like the AntiChrist, I am of the firm opinion that it would be Edward Cullen. (Pretends to be good and everyone loves him, but he's really evil and destroying our society, has 'magical' powers).

i actually read Twilight and found it not so bad. not amazing, but ok i guess. but then when people started talking so much about it i started to not like it as much...

I used to read Twilight and I liked the first 3 books. When I read Breaking Dawn it ruined it for me.

The sex scene was freaking horrible. The Tale of the Body Thief by Anne Rice had a much better sex scene though it was very awkward. But there are better vampire books out there, like the Vampire Chronicles and the House of Night series.
