Still blushing profusely, Ceres looked at Thali, the back at the strange Eilian, then back at Thali. Whispering so that the handsome boy wouldn't hear her, she asked Thali, "Are you sure? I'm not sure if I feel...comfortable...about it all..."
She chanced a glance at the young man who asked for her. He looked so elegant and poised, but relaxed at the same time. Quite strange for a person to do right after he pretty much asked someone out. Then again, Ceres thought coldly, He may have done this kind of thing more than once... Now even less comfortable then she already was, she suddenly wondered what her brothers would think if she went out on a date with some stranger. Attempting to pluck up all the courage she had left, she asked the mystery man, "I'm not sure about it... I don't even know your name!"

Thali noticed her friend's nervousness, but decided to ignore it for the sake of love. She was a hopeless romantic, she liked to play match-maker with friends, she liked to set people up on blind dates, she liked---you get the picture. "Well, there's an old saying we have in Lynwood." Thali whispered back. "You'll never know until you try. But yes--I think you should be cautious as well. I get the feeling he's not asking you because he noticed your 'beauteh' as he so put it." The elf shrugged, and paused in her whispering.
She smiled, and looked towards the man--whatever he was, she still hadn't figured it out. "You seem well praticed." She muttered. "Done this kind of thing before?"
