The impression that I got was that Hating Twlight is retarded because haters of twilight are just as obsessed with hating twilight as twitards are over loving it.
It's a waste of time to hate a bad book like that and prove you're better because everyone knows that the book isn't that great.
Just like everyone knows Eragon is written rather poorly, but nobody goes out of their way to prove they're better or make factions and websites dedicated to hating it.
People are going to like what they like, and things are going to go viral but resenting that is just a waste of time.

Honestly, I think I would've liked Twilight better if it weren't for the fans bashing you every time you say it's not that great or you don't like it.
