You mean the term "Sabbat"? It's been associated with witchcraft before the advent of Wicca, though I'm not sure whether the word was used at the time or whether the word was "Sabbath". Same etymology anyway
xd If you're asking whether you have the right to use the word, I think you're cool. If it makes you feel better, just chuck the "h" on the end of it.
As for "Esbat", wiki quotes Murray using it decades before Wicca came about. So I think you're cool there too, unless Wicca wants to claim it retro-actively due to Murray's influence on their faith, although other people can be and have been influenced by Murray as well.

....so I think you're good there too. So long as you acknowledge that it means something specific in Wicca, and that other spiritual paths using the word won't be using it in the same way.
