If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do? PM them asking if they could tone down the jokes a bit.
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do? PM them and request they watch their language. If it is out of character I would ask them if something was bothering them.
How are you good at relating with people? I alway try to look at both sides of the story without bias or prejudice.

It's Monday afternoon and you see no one has started the avi contest yet, what do you do? Since I don't know anything about the avi contest, I would PM a crew member who was online and request their help.
You see there are people on but no one is posting in the main forum, how to you try to get the main forum more active? Start a thread that would be open for all people to take part in, or start a game.
One of the crew members tells you, that they think your work is poor. How do you handle this? I would ask them how I could better my work and give examples of how it is poor.
