Erwin Schrodinger. Just because his whole life makes me laugh.
Other than that, I don't really have a specific favourite. I do love Newton for being such a genius, inventing calculus and giving us the three laws of motion and all. Oh, and Stephen Hawking, Einstein - also two pretty cool guys.
Marie Curie for being such a badass woman and giving up her life for science.

Marie Currie has got to be my favorite. She led such an interesting life, and was a very intelligent women. Her findings revolutionized medical science, and science in general.
She studied, taught, did very important research, and, on top of all that, she raised a family.
And, I don't know. Something about her just draws me. heart
