Knights of the old republic 2: the sith lords Xbox, pc In all honesty, the first was better. Not in graphics, gameplay, or content. But kotor two is so complex, anyone who didnt play the first game and isnt familiar with rpgs would be screwed. It however boasts alot of game time, when an expirienced player could beat kotor1 in 24 hours. I personally have never had the attention span to actually beat it, and every time I go back I can't remember what I was doing, so I make another character and start over. The first planet on 1 was very pleasant, and gave the player a sense of belonging. I found peragus creepy and irritating. One thing the second does have over the first is that it keeps you guessing. It also has more jedi, sith, and other characters, some you have to build yourself. Having seen the endgame, it doesn't really leave the player with the sense of "I won, time to reap the benefits". It gives them the sense of "By the force, I am going to die on this godforsaken rock." Overall rating: 2/5

Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth II
Graphics: 7 / 10 Gameplay: 7 / 10 Storyline: 10 / 10 Challenge: 6 / 10 Fulfillment: 7 / 10
This game was an improvement over the first. The races are now more balanced, so the humans don't depend only on defense and the orcs on attack. They are now even and leave the strategizing to the player. Bases are no longer limited by build points, only by your resources. New races were also introduced: the dwarves, elves, and goblins. This is a game I would highly recommend you try.

Name of Game: Kingdom Heart: 358/2 Days General Information: Nintendo DS, Rated Everyone 10+ for Fantasy Violence, Deveploped by Square Enix and h.a.n.d. Review: Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days fills in the gaps between the popular console games Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. The story places the player as the thirteenth member of Organization XIII, Roxas. Roxas as the Keyblade master's Nobody, the shell left behind when Sora, the true Keyblade master, became a Heartless, delves into a systemetic series of different missons each that take around a day to complete. The game supports a 3-D game engine that also for an almost exact feel for the console games. The new panel system allows a player to completely design how they character fights and what items they are able to use. Another key feature in this game is the first ever true multiplayer ablitly in any Kingdom Hearts game, called 'Mission Mode.' Mission mode can be played solo or with friends via DS Wireless. The missions in mission mode are unlocked by playing through the story. Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 A definite pick-up for the RPG player and owner of a DS

Name of Game: Final Fantasy X General Information: PS2, Developed by what is now SquareEnix (At the time was still Squaresoft) Review: Graphics: 9/10 They were very good for the playstation 2, the movie parts of it were downright beautiful. Voice-over a little off. Gameplay: 9/10 The action is fast enough to keep you in the game and slow enough that you could keep up. The Sphere Grid way of leveling up was a stroke of genius if you like to have more control in how your characters level up. Storyline: 10/10 (I would give it a 100 if possible) The storyline starts out intriguing with a great opening cinematic and you are instantly confused but can't wait to play to find out what happens next. The story is always moving and every time you turn around it seems like there is a new twist. It will move you and keep you interested. It makes you feel attached to the characters. Challenge: 8/10 Parts of this game can be hard but it's worth it. Fulfillment:10/10 At the end of the game you are both happy and bawling your eyes out. I won't ruin it for anyone but thank the heavens for sequels! Overall Rating: 10/10 Overall it's a great game that can be inspirational if you play it through. A must have for anyone that has a PS2, is an RPG fan, or is just looking for an involving and fun game! Extra: There are a few extra things that make this fun. 1. the Al Bhed language, This is a ficticious language spoken by some in the game that you can get primers and learn it. it's fun and nerdy to know. 2. BLITZBALL, a very fun sport that you can play at most times in the game after Luca. This is a very fun part of the game. I spent 20 hours playing this game it is addictive.

Name of Game: Sonic Unleashed
System: Xbox 360
Graphics: Astounding yes, and very realisticly made. 5/5
Gameplay: Day stages are great! They're fast paced, eye candy, but sometimes on quick reaction points, it becomes a hassle dying multiple times. As for the night time stages? They suck. It's good for the fighting, but it defeats the purpose of Sonic the hedgehog. A. Sonic the HEDGEHOG (NOT Wherehog) B. SONIC = Fast - - - Wherehog = Slow Overall gameplay? 3/7
Controls: They're simple and basic. Everyone I'm sure can cope with them nicely. 5/5
Overall Rating: 4/5 and trying not to be stingy.

Name of Game: Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion General Information: xbox360, pc Review: The 4th installment of the elder scrolls, Oblivion gives the character the chance to save the world in a direct sense, unlike its predecessor. Oblivion's plot centers around you running into oblivion gates, killing some daedra, and getting a sigil stone. That's one thing Morrowind had over oblivion. Oblivion's storyline is more involving and easier to follow, but it's so repetitive. Aside from the main quest, the side quests are more entertaining. Its easy for someone to get distracted. All in all, the game lets you do whatever you want. It's like a sandbox, but they took all the toys away. So it's just sand and the occasional rock. Graphic wise, the game was good for it's time, and certainly better than morrowind. Overall Rating: 3

Name of Game: Kingdom Heart: re:Coded General Information: Nintendo DS, Rated Everyone 10+ for Fantasy Violence, Deveploped by Square Enix and h.a.n.d. Review: Kingdom Hearts re:Coded takes place after Sora's second journey. Upon finding a mysterious message in Jiminy's journal of the first journey, King Mickey digitizes the journal and finds the journal is corrupted by numerous bugs. In need of someone to clear the bugs, Data-Sora is enlisted by Mickey in order to clear the bugs. The game has the series hack-and-slash mechanics from the other entries in the series, but re:Coded adds more to the mix with special sections such as side-scrolling, rail-shooting, and turn-based combat. Another feature of re:Coded is the Avatar Sector. In the Avatar Sector, you can make an Avatar using various items you collect from the floors you receive from your friends and NPCs. Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 A solid title that is enjoyable and has a great deal of content.
Majora's Mask was way better than OoT.

I disagree with that... I hate Majora's Mask. stare
Name of Game: Pokemon Black/White Versions General Information: Nintendo DS, Rated E for Comic Mischief and Mild Cartoon Violence, developed by the Pokemon Company. Review: Pokemon Black/White versions are a new Pokemon story that takes place in the Unova region. You begin in Nuvema Town where you and your two childhood friends, Bianca and Cheren, receive your first Pokemon from Professor Juniper. As you play, you try to defeat Team Plasma, the baddies of the game, as well as collect badges and defeat the Elite Four. It's pretty much like any other Pokemon game in the way it's played, but it has new battle systems like Triple Battles and Rotation Battles. You are also introduced to the C-Gear and Dreamworld, which I honestly have yet to use, so I don't know much about them. Another new addition is the Pokemon Musical, which is very much like Pokemon Contests. The difference is that you aren't judged by battle moves or any of that. (I haven't done one yet, and I don't plan to until later, so I'll write more about it when I have done so.) There is also the Poketransfer, which is much like the Pal Park, but allows your to transfer Pokemon from another Pokemon DS game (i.e. Pokemon Pearl/Diamond/Platinum, Heartgold/Soulsilver). The graphics of these games are more 3D-ish than previous games, especially on the bridges, so it has the best graphics, I think, of any Pokemon game for a handheld console. Overall Rating: 4/5 It's got some cool Pokemon, and really cool new moves and abilities, but there are things I just don't like about these games.
Honestly, I like Heartgold/Soulsilver much better than these...
