The event will be ending Sunday May 10. Please wrap up any last minute donations. Great job on the donations! The event went a lot better than planned, all with the help of you and boss smile Thanks for helping me pull it off. Also, I will slowly be updating the threads, and notifying the captains on the issue of prizes. Their will be no need to supply them captains. A a tremendous thank you, the entire winning team will receive fully animated sprites from me. You will all get them at the same time, but seeing the time it will take you won't get them right away. Thanks again and please pm me with questions you may have.

Explanation & Event End
To explain the situation, Kuchiki originally thought he wouldn't be able to supply the prizes for the winning team due a technology issue (MS Paint). After discussing the matter with him, I was able to help him locate what he needed to work on the prizes, thus he is able to supply the prizes himself without any issue. Remember everyone, if you're hosting an event/project and if you're having an issue regarding prizes, contact me like Kuchiki did and I'll see if there's anything I can help with to resolve it.
Let it also be reminded that if anyone promised individual prizes to their teams, it is still THEIR responsibility, not Team Sprocket's, to give out these prizes. sweatdrop
Early thanks to everyone that participated during the event. The event will be officially ending tomorrow, May 10th, as stated in this announcement. On the day it ends I will post how much Team Sprocket earned together as a total. From there, we'll figure out how to go about using it towards future events, etc. I want everyone to have a word in how it'll be used, since you guys did a great job helping out the guild. 3nodding

The Naming Contest?
I believe it was mentioned in Kuchiki's post earlier (maybe it was edited out by mistake? ; I didn't touch it this time I swear! sweatdrop ), but the naming contest has been canceled. This was due to lack of participation on the guild's part to submit names for their teams. sweatdrop Oh well, stuff happens. Hopefully next time we have an naming contest, more people will participate? wink
If I am incorrect and some teams did actually submit a name, contact me. Sorry for those that were looking forward to the naming contest!
