I've been trying to make adzuki bean paste all day, but the beans weren't cooked through all the way...I've been having issues and for about an hour I've had a fresh batch of beans (which have been soaking in water since last night) simmering in a crock pot. Any tips or things anyone knows that could help me?
Well to being with is the temperature constant? Are you constantly opening the pot to check for done-ness? If you answer no the first or yes to the second, that may be why. For further info,
