They are just faces, my first attempt at trying to drawing "real." They go from first to new. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v681/gth/4-22-200990713PM.jpg (This is actually my eye and nose. Of course I did exaggerate them both. Haha! xD) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v681/gth/Face2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v681/gth/Face3.jpg
Opinions please? Constructive criticism is appreciated. Tear me up baby!
I'm only trying faces right now because they are the hardest, so when I get comfortable I'll move onto finishing heads then bodies and maybe even art for you guys. ^.^ Who knows, only time will tell.

you don't accentuate the tip of the nose very well, your nose is too long, your eye is too narrow, there is too little space between the eyebrow and eye, and wayyyy more space between your eye and side of your head.
on the you-don't-suck note, you have an impressive grasp on shading.

I am pritty positive the last face is going to rape me xD; They are realy nice though, the quality of the shading is high, I would avoid doing a thick outline around eyes if you are going for a more realistic approach, rember that there is one eye between the eyes, as well as the nose is onley as long as an eye is wide! ^.^

The last picture was my first emotion, and I should've looked into a mirror first because I realized with THAT facial expression, wrinkles SHOULD NOT be there.
I see what you're saying Pixie about the eyes/eyebrow. But if you're talking about the first one. I didn't do a very good job, if I would've drawn more of the face in the first one then you might have noticed what I was going for. The first one is drawn at an angle. Go up to a mirror and tilt your head down till you get a view like the first one. That's what I was trying to go for. Xp
I totally see where you went with the other ones. But the second one, that like next to the eye was hair. When I looking at the mirror, I couldn't find a line to stop the head so I just drew a tip of the hair. Xp
I knew about there being an eye length in between the eyes, but I never knew about the nose being eye width. 0.o I'm a little confused though, is that just the tip or the bridge of the nose? That might help.
Oh and the thick lines around the eyes, you know that probably wouldn't be there if I used more "professional" items like thinner pencils and a knead eraser, but I'm not paying for those yet so I'm stuck with my thick a** lead pencil. xD
And yes Sin, that last one was ALL for you. xD Thanks everyone.
You know, I always cringe when I read your guys' comments, but in the end I feel much better. Thank you.
