I just realized this while watching this episode for the 4th time. The mars base is called "Bowie base" And David Bowie had a song Called "Life on Mars" RTD made reference to the David Bowie song.

Really? Never noticed that it was called that. Life On Mars is also linked to John Simm, of coarse.

NatsumenoKage Hairy Priest Ceribri Fantasy - He was referring to Elizabeth, as in Queen Elizabeth. As in the one who was shouting at him at the end of the Shakespeare episode in S3. There's a reason he didn't finish his sentence about her. Aww, you're going to make her Google it to figure it out? Queen Elizabeth was also called 'the Virgin Queen'. So when you add that to: "Got married... that was a mistake. Good Queen Bess. And let me tell you, her nickname... *ahem*... anyway." Yeah. You get the picture. More time was needed well pitching that line it takes a wile to sink in after saved some planets got marred. You are not really paying attention. Personally my mind wit I wonder was he late for this one as well? This reminds me of the episode "Forests of Death" when the doctors all "Why do you have handcuffs?" to river because he was hand cuffed to the wall and she was all "Spoilers" with that look on her face

When I was watching that, I though to myself "I bet someone will go and freeze that image just to read the article". There are probably a load of easter eggs in there, like when they were filming "Human nature", the doctor's TARDIS recording, there's a video on youtube of DT saying random stuff in the bit that gets fast forwarded.

It would be really interesting if D.B. was here. But, I don't think that's possible...

I was one of the people that screen caped the the articles to read them they weren't as interesting as I hoped. Thou I would have liked to seen the full site layout dun for it.

haha. Ok, so my brother gets scared REALLY easy, so i decided to freak him out when we watched it last saturday. So he is just now getting over his fear of water, and also likes to watch doctor who, which gives him nightmares often. So after the show, he looked at me and said, "I don't think I am going to be drinking or going water any time soon." I had an evil grin on my face and said, "You know they actually found water on mars recently?" his face went soooo pale sooo fast it was hilarious. I feel bad, the poor kid is only 11 and has sooo many issues. but it was really really funny. I on the other hand got a kick out of when the Doctor said, "Wow! there havent been plants on mars in 10,000 years!" and then when he started talking in some other language, and said it was northern martian, I laughed so hard at that.
