You don't really need to wear a pentagram/pentacle to symbolize you're in a Pagan religion/way of life. If you do want to wear something that symbolizes your faith without the negative feedback of others, try wearing a gemstone that speaks to you the most, a rune that someone might not question, Celtic designs, anything that has a personal meaning to you.

Though I do have several. I have one that's a dragon with its wings spread out, and it's perched on the pentacle, the tail curled around it. Another one is a fairy sitting on a pentacle. There's one I got from eBay that was hand-made, sterling silver, and it's made to look like a vine. I have one from Pepi & Co. that's pewter, called the Pentacle of the Goddess, which looks as if the whole pentacle itself was made from a flower. Also have a smaller one which circle is made of flowers (this is pewter). I have a Celtic design one that I have with my 7-pointed Elven Star. I have a sterling silver pentacle ring. I also have a hand-made sterling silver pentacle with a moon. One I had that is now lost to me is my very first one, which I had received for completing my Wicca 101 class over at what used to be Kingdom of the Wizard.
