Scarebeast probably isn't as strong as the Hulk, but he is probably more agile and the Fear Toxin Scarebeast creates could play in as a factor against the Hulk, but he would need to breathe in a lot of it for such a huge guy to be affected.

Personally, I'd love to see Lady Deathstrike vs Joker... with the possibility of interference from the Bat Crew and others. twisted It would be very lively.
