@Sakakikala- I checked and there are apps for the Blackberry, so I added them to the list, I also updated many of the apps as to whether or not they are supposed to work for the iPod Touch
@Miss Shade- I do hope you get to try some of these, some of them are pretty cool!
@Everyone- If your phone supports apps, post which one you are using and when I have a chance I will try to find you some apps if I can. This started as just me looking for a few apps for me, and I could be wrong, but I think this is now the largest green app listing on the internet!

For a few weeks I was getting Green Living auto alerts daily, through Sprint I think.. Don't remember now. I cancelled it because it was all basic stuff that I already knew though, but it could still be helpful whee
I use a Samsung M300...

Artistic Mystic: So far it looks like Samsung has only released an official app store in the UK and it only supports the S60. (I did post the two S60 apps that I found.) If I am missing something and you have a link to an app store or a reputable place to download apps please post it and I will keep searching. I will keep updating this as I find more. Thanks!

I wasn't clear; the Sprint thing wasn't an app, I don't remember how I got it.. it was more like a text message newsletter with quick two- or three-sentence green tips. Lemme see if I can find it...
Ah-ha!! I forgot it was through the 4info.com website...
http://www.4info.com/browse/green-living/;jsessionid=4CD01D8E3D098A001421F61F648DF4D2
They don't charge anything, but if you get charged per text message or for receiving data from a website it'll be a little extra on your phone bill.

@Kustom Klyde: Sorry, I didn't mean to say that the phone itself does not support apps, it does. I only meant that I don't think that the Ovi app store has any green apps yet- but I will keep checking in case they add any. I have added some apps to the list for Nokia users that did not come from the Ovi app store, so I hope you can use them. If you find any more apps that you would like me to add, please post! biggrin
@Artistic Mystic: Thanks! Since it isn't really an app, I stuck it in the misc section- I will probably back and change it to the tips section- I don't really know where to put it xd
@Everyone: Keep the apps rolling in! If you've tried any and like them/hate them please post! biggrin

I'm now getting an ipod touch(a friend is fixing one up and is gonna mail me it, and i'll send him the monies) so I figured since I already have itunes on the family computer, I'd DL some apps now.
NOTE that this may not be ALL the errors i saw on it. As to its a fairly old guide, it needs to be updated. razz This is what I found to be off:
Green news reader for iphone now costs .99 cents
there's two green tip apps now, one still free, the other 99cents
The Green Lemur no longer exists
Local reuse no longer exists but appears to now be called Yoink!
Couldn't find Go Organic
Couldn't find iLocavore
Dirty Produce is missing too
Sherpa is now Coupon Sherpa Mobile Coupons
Yowza is now Yowza!! Mobile Coupons

You are right about the guide needing an update! Since I wrote this I have found many new apps that I need to add, too! CauseWorld is probably my favorite, but there are some other great ones like MobileRice, the Extraordinaries, and Project Noah that I would like to give some love to. Some of the apps like 3rdWhale and Dirty Produce have only changed names, I'll have to look up what the names have changed to. Thanks for the post- I'll try to get some updates done before the start of my next (last! woo-hoo!) semester of college.

okie dokie! biggrin
And when it is updated, you should totally make a blog for it!
If you want I could start it up in wordpress in case you use WP. :3
Then you could like release an app a week or something cool like that.
