i tell you how i put mine all together...i looked at a lot of different quest threads...to get the different sections i needed....

as far as what is it for...you know those expensive items...that seem to take forever to get to...high prices that you just dont think you will ever reach like 20k...just make you a quest thread, sometimes there are nice people out there who will donate to you to help you out...there ae also a lot of charities that donate to different quests too...

Yeah that pretty much explains why people make them. I don't expect donations in mine (it bugs when you see the threads that start whining after 3 minutes of no one saying they'll donate!) but I appreciate them when I get them. So far I've had Jaz donate, and a nice guy who says he donates regularly to people but he wanted to remain anonymous. smile

I like keeping my thread so I can keep track of my progress and all that I've accomplished. 3nodding

EDIT: Oh, and also it's a good place for people to get their post count up by bumping! I like using Jade's account and my PinkSeedkin account to bump people's quests to up my post count, because the people appreciate the bumps!
