Why mine is amazing?
Because one time we had early morning band during marching season and the sunrise looked really cool so he started singing the part at the beginning of "The Lion King" but didn't really get it so we didn't know what it was
Because just yesterday the percussionists (thats me) were messing around before pratice and one of the guys was shooting staples at the other percussionists. Then when our BD came out to tell us that it was time to pratice he saw what was going on and then went into his office and came back with his stapler and started shooting himsaying "HOW DO YOU LIKE IT!?" lol
Because he overheard my friend and I talking about posting stuff about him on here, and then the enxt day he said something funny, and then looked at us and said "You're going to post that on the forum aren't you"
Post why your director is amazing

He's a great guy. :]
No matter how many times I annoyed him by asking him if I could play Tuba (Or try it out), he still acted nice.

There is always special bonds between band members and their directors.
The roudy kids (basicly seniors) Corupted him though...
The mad tv thing with the UGUGUGHGHUGHHGUHG...yeah, they got him doing that.
And they got him saying "Say you like it" which the drumline came up with.
But he kept telling us that our instruments were crappy. This is his first year back. He graduated from my school. And he really went and looked to see how old every instrument is. And bought new percussion equipment.
He says he would rather have one student in band that couldn't play worth crap but still wanted to play and learn then have a class full of kids that played well but didn't care to learn.

My Band director is so awesomely awsome! Mrs.Atkins is allways on top of things, and she never misses a beat. She taught me EVERYTHING there is to know and im in the first year of band!
At first I thought, yeah easy grade! But this is a determination thing. Mrs.Atkins is awseomely awesome and if you diss ur band director, you probably need too poo. sweatdrop

My director is totally awesome because he will make us laugh and teaches us in a very fun way. He always (I really mean always. Like 24/7) has jokes that he tells and when he gets angry he gets so animated! I think it is so funny! The music he chooses is insanley awesome! when we are on tour and compition he always lets us do things we shouldn't. There is a whole lot more about him that is awesome but you have to know him. LOL
He is the best director I have had out of the other two.

I love my band director Mr.Petrisky because he is amazing and GOD! XD
One time during marching season early rehearsal we were playing the final chord to the last movement, and he raised his arms up as we all gathered under him. The sun was directly behind him so he looked like a god! We made him a shirt that said, "You know why the Buffalo Band is the best? We have...the Petrisky." I know it's lame but we all loved it and so did he- he wore it during the first game and thanked us for being one of the best bands he's ever heard (which warranted many cheers and shouts of, "Petriskyyyyyyyyy!")
He knows how to get the job done right but still have fun. Another reason I love him is that whenever I play a bit loud or I raise my bell (I'm a trumpet) too high he stops everything and says with a joking grin, "Caira, I know you're excited but take it easy- you don't want to blow your chops now do you?" He's like the father I never had and I'll bet anything that there isn't band geek here who wouldn't take a bullet or him.

Haha! Mr. Hamburg... well is epic really. You seriously couldn't find a better BD around. Whether its making starbucks trips in the middle of the day bringing it back for us or... well cheering on the others for tackling and/or playing a game of wild goose chase in the middle of class with the ISS room connected directly to the class.
Oh and he can spin the dance/flagline guns unbelivably, and he... well is always up for good laughs and stuff. rofl.

My band directors are great because they have fun and really get to know all of us. They love to play different instruments and be in the band with us. They make us laugh and have a good time in nerve racking situations (district festival and soon state festival ring a bell). And they tell us funny stuff like one of them thinking cupcakes were made with cupcake mix. I love them lots and will definitely miss them. Well only one of them because the other one is the high school band director so that's not bad.

like in all honesty i dont relle know what to say besides.
hes awesome.
the primary reason is probably because hes frequently not an a$$

My BD is awesome because she is the Widrick.
She listens to people and helps them out.
She throws parties for those who deserve it.
She jokes around with us like any other band student.
She has made band fun again.
She picks and hands out fun music that we all like.
She is a 5 year-old stuck in a 22year-old body.
