I just got my first suggies this past Sunday. Their names are Tink and Boo and they seem to be used to their cage and they love to eat carrots, grapes and cheerios. I also talk to them as much as I can. I carry them in their bonding pouch with a bit of scrap material that has my scent on it. They like to bite the tips of my fingers and just now one of them bit and it drew blood. I'm trying my best not to flinch. I've also tried putting a bit of honey on my finger to try to get used to me but that didn't turn out as good as I planned. Please let me know if there is anything else I should do or if I'm doing anything wrong.

The not flinching and "taking the bite" is a very good start. Another thing I reccomend is "Tent Time." Get a good cheap tent and just let them play all over you in it in the evening. It does WONDERS for bonding.
But if drawing blood they may actually be hungry and I worry about their diet. A sugar glider's natural diet should be in LARGE part protein, and would be hunting small birds. You might try giving them some boiled egg yolks or plain chicken or chicken baby food. If their diet is made up of a commercial diet they probably aren't eating eating enough of it to get the protein they need.

I have been giving them mealworms and crickets. I've read about the tent bonding. I'll check out what Walmart has.
