we take small trips all the time for competitions... but they tend to suck since we generally get jipped (i really want to go bak to missouri to prove this)

We went to Chicago during the summer of '07 for a contest and ended up being the only band to show up.
We've been nominated by Senator Pat Roberts to go to DC next year for the Independence Day Parade. If we don't get picked to go to it, we'll be going to Dallas next summer.

The high school I'm going to is performing at Carnegie Hall in 2 weeks. My brother is going and its pretty awesome.
