Aditya nodded, taking another sip of her soup, "That too. I'm sure your manliness gives you the power to not hurt your tongue." She continued to sip her soup, glad that it was starting to cool down.

Riker nearly choked on the remaining bit of soup in his bowl before nodding his head. "That's right." His eyes glittered as he watched Aditya.
"You know...in early summer there's always this big hunt." He started, but then grew silent as he stared down at the last drops of soup that sloshed around in his bowl.

Aditya sipped some more of her soup before replying, "That must be fun." her tail swished from side to side, "Do you want more soup?" she pointed to the pot, "There's a lot more in there if your still hungry."

Riker nodded, "It is...and it's a good time to meet new wolftaurs who can become allies or even join the pack." The wolftaur averted his gaze before pouring some more soup into his bowl.
"Thanks again for making this." He smiled softly before blowing away some of the steam, "It's been some time since I've ate something like this."

Aditya followed suit, and poured more into her bowl, "Is your pack big?" she stirred the contents, watching the steam swirl in the air, "Is there a limit as to how big your pack can be?"
She smiled, "I'll make sure to make more for you next time." Taking a spoonful, she continued, "Maybe for your pack too!"

Riker shook his head, "Nah, there's not an army of us. But more wolftaurs are coming around so I'm hopin' they might be of use and want to join."
Swallowing another bite the wolftaur pondered, "I guess the pack can always grow, since there's never a limit. But order would definitely be tricky with more than twenty wolfs. Not that there's that many of us now mind you."
Her last statement made Riker nearly spill his soup, "You'd want to do that?! Really?" His tail nearly wagged with joy, "I'm sure my pack wouldn't mind Adi! The summer season is a good time to join up with us since we go on one of our main hunting trips then. Maybe...maybe you'd want to hunt with us?"

"I'm sure they would want to join!" she grinned, "You're nice after all." Aditya continued to stir her soup around, watching the steam swirl around, "Yeah. And I could help with the cooking and stuff...but I guess I'd rather sit out with the hunting...I don't want to hinder the team..." she grinned bashfully.

"Heh. Sometimes nice doesn't cut it though." Riker's eyes closed as he thought of the harsher members of his pack. It still amazed him to get even a hint of respect because of his usual behavior. But hey, that's who he was.
"Hinder?" Riker nearly jumped in surprise, "Adi! I don't' think you would be a hindrance. You just need to learn some more is all and I even think you're pretty good for a beginner." He grinned, "I know of two in my pack that'd teach ya quick. But those two can be scary strict when it comes to huntin'. "

"It doesn't?" Aditya frowned, wondering why, "But it should pay off..." she said, a bit naively. The female wolftaur had never heard of such a thing!
"Do you really think so?" her ears perked up, excited by the compliment, "I mean...this is my first time and all...so I thought I would do pretty badly..." she giggled nervously, tucking a lock of stray hair behind her ear.
"Who are those two?" she asked.

"Not always." Riker shrugged, "It doesn' matter, cuz you always have those 'tough' guys who don't give any respect until you beat it into them. Not that I would do that!" He shook his head, "I prove myself through the hunt and that's it."
"Yep!" Riker grinned, "Maybe you're a natural in hidin?" The wolftaur froze at her next question, "Those two? Well Akemi and Tzipora would be strict - but the twins would be the two to keep ya on your paws. No fooling around with them unless you're willing to risk something." He shuddered, "Emi and Eri are their names. They tend to be the trap setters for the big hunts. Besides that they're also known as the two devils for their tricks."
