"Move--move--" David ordered, breaking between Jerimiah with a force that knocked him into the bush the monkey had jumped from. He reached to grab the monkey but with almost perfect timing, it moved. David switched sides and took one last ditch effort, and hauled back his leg. He kicked that monkey into a perfect arch in the air, and he watched as it landed clumsilly on Cameron's shoulder. It grabbed onto his shirt, glad to be able to grab onto something, digging his little monkey fingers into his skin.
Cameron yelped and tried to hit it off of himself. The monkey, upset about how everyone seemed to want to harm him, finally had enough and took a large chomp into the brunette's salty and sandy skin. Cameron's yell was loud enough to produce a large rustling of the trees--birds taking flight. Connor arrived kneeling at Sydney's side, helping him sit up and wiping some of the berries off of his face. "Are you okay?" he asked simply, witnessing watery eyes. He assumed that it was either that Sydney had been laughing very hard or that he was just scared. It was honestly rather hard to tell.
David seemed transfixed on watching Cameron struggle with himself. He finally grabbed the monkey and threw it into the sand at his feet. The monkey, terrified and haggard now, turned with a flip of its tail and dashed into the woods and up a tree.

Sydney's smiling face met Connors concerned one. "I'm fine. Thanks though Connor." Quickly, Sydney rose to his feet and brushed off the sand and dirt off of his butt. Sydney couldn't help himself and giggled quietly as he glanced over at the "macho" brunette who had only moments before been screaming over the monkey that had been showering him with monkey love. I mean, it wasn't every day that the up and coming football star was in such a compermizing position.
"Are you okay Cameron?"

"Hauh?" Cameron breathed, looking at Sydney. He smirked. "You should be asking the monkey that," he nodded, his eyes narrowing to accompany his expression. "He did moron," Connor muttered with an eyeroll. "What was that, queer?" Cameron demanded, taking a few steps toward him again. "For someone who is so straight, you seem awfully anxious to jump the Con man." Dave suggested casually. "You two are making me tired. Cut it out already wont you?" He turned back to Sydney and shook his head, ignoring any self-important reaction he may have received from the brunette. "Lets get out of the sun," he suggested, staring at the way the red berry juice seemed to dye Sydney's hair red. "It's too hot out here." "I'm not going in there!" Matt exclaimed instantly. "There are monsters in there!" "It's an ostrich... and a monkey. That hardly qualifies as 'monsters,'" Jeremiah corrected with an affirmative nod from Steve. "C'mon," Dave said, dropping his arm down on Sydney's shoulders and starting to walk deeper into the woods.

Sydney glanced over his shoulder slightly before continuing on with Dave. 'I could of sworn that I heard something...oh well. Best not to worry about it.'
Hearing Dave's command Steve followed after Dave and Jeremiah, after a quick prayer for the monkey's immortal soul before followed suit.
"Move it loser," Cameron stated before pushing himself into the line. He continued to mutter obscenities in Dave general direction until they came to a clearing. "It looks like the forest just leads back to the beach over there." Connor stated pointing. "If there is any drinking water or anything to be used as shade on the beach it would be deeper in the forest." "Thank you Captain Obvious." Cameron stated, smiling superiority at Connor.
Jemimah hit his palm suddenly that it startled the group. "Water! Brother Monkey probably came from this area yes? Doesn't that mean that there is water nearby?" "Again, Obvious." Cameron said before turning towards the thicker Jungle. "I'm going to find the water first. If your lucky I'll let you Scoobies have some. Don't wait up." Cameron then disappeared behind the thicket.
Sarcastically and in perfect monotone David called after Cameron "No dude...come back...we are so lost without you...it's dangerous out there. How will we be able to sleep at night..." Matt reluctantly followed behind Cameron. Sydney stared after them and thought out loud, "Do you think they will be okay?" David grinned. "Who cares? Let's go back and help the others set up. They probably aren't going too far anyway."
