"More than okay with me," Lysander answered honestly, "But doesn't that hurt?" He was speaking, of course, of the injury on her leg which was surely currently being strained due to her position. It couldn't possibly be comfortable for her if he started walking with her in that position. Although the contact was more than adequate motivation for him, he wanted to be sure that her attempt to get help wouldn't just be making it worse. The disgusted look crossed his features again. Emi had to be smarter than that... right?
Lysander looked toward Riordan, his expression lighter. "If it's all right with you, I think I'll just take dear old Emi to the infirmary myself." He didn't want to leave without getting a confirmation from Emi first, though. If it hurt her to walk like this, then he might actually get to carry her the way he wanted. Lysander took a few steps and turned his head ever so slightly toward Emi. "That doesn't hurt, does it?"

"Nah, it doesn't hurt. Besides, I wouldn't jump onto your back if I knew it was going to hurt. See look, I'm using my thighs instead of my calfs to grip on. This way it doesn't hurt me." She explained to her friend. "I'm not stupid after all," she said with a little pout. Emi then losened her left arm and turned slightly so she was looking at Riordan. "So, I'll meet you up in the dinning halls afterwards, okay?" Emi said as she waved at Riordan. Carefully she turned around wraped her arm back around Lysander's neck. "Hey, um, not to be rude or anything, but can we get going now because more blood is pouring out and I really would like to have my injury wraped up instead of having a bloody leg," Emi said to Lysander.

Lysander scoffed. 'Coulda fooled me.' All of her actions from when he started watching them until now pointed to that fact that she was feebly trying to deny. Emi had to be stupid and in denial of her stupidity. And rude. She was the one who insisted on staying to say good-bye to Rio and she was telling Lysander to hurry it up? "Heh." Lysander started on his way.
'She's lucky she's a girl.' If any boy had spoken to him that way, a scuffle might have started, even if said boy was injured. With Emi, he just had the overwhelming urge to drop her. Being hurt doesn't give a guy the right to be a punk. Girls, however, didn't need any excuse for being nasty to people. Lysander imagined for a moment how much of a jerk he would be if it was socially unacceptable to hit him.
Lysander wasn't mad, per se, just taken aback by her behavior. Being injured would have that kind of effect on a person, he supposed. That, and Emi just lost something he wouldn't necessarily call a fight. She was probably just being a sore loser. He smiled. It was time to make use of that irrisistable wit of his... Meaning it was time to tell a really bad joke. "Hey, Emi. How do you make a tissue dance?"

"A tissue dance?" Emi couldn't believe the joke Lysander had just asked her. The question itself was so stupid and corny that she had to bite herself to keep from laughing. "Um, I don't know. Put it in the wind or something like that?" she said and shrugged her shoulders. What ever the answer was she was probably going to laugh from how bad it was.
Emi loosened her grip on Lysander's neck not wanting to hurt him. "I'm not hurting you am I?" she asked him. As much as she loved inflicting pain she always showed respect to those she lost to. In anything she did. "If it hurts carrying me at all, you can put me down and I'll limp," she said.
Emi sighed, she felt like a little girl again. She was never carried like this. Her relatives didn't care about her. Her sister had always been busy with boys and pleasing their relatives. Emi just rested her head on Lysander's back and stayed silent.

Lysander laughed. "Put the wind in it? That... was seriously lame." He said. "Can't be much lamer than the real answer, though. You put a little boogie in it." It was one pathetic way to try and make conversation, but it would have been worse to leave things silent. Lysander hated silence. It was boring and really creepy sometimes. He had many methods of avoiding it, either through speaking or making as much noise as possible without actually talking. It was a bad habit, but in Lysander's opinion, it made it easier to get to know a person.
He raised an eyebrow. Sure, it hurt, but she was wrong to assume that it was her arms that were hurting him. She was currently gripping him with her thighs right smack dab in the spot she'd punched not five minutes ago. Emi was also wrong to expect him to answer truthfully. After all, as a man, he couldn't or wouldn't say anything that he thought would hurt his ego. Admitting to pain was one of those things. "Nah, you're fine where you are," Lysander answered, smiling reassuringly.
That she put her head on his back was nothing if not surprising. Emi was showing so much energy earlier. She couldn't be tired already. 'Maybe it's blood loss?' He picked up his pace. There was that silence again. Lysander cleared his throat. "So... Where're you from?"

"From the city like most are. Can't really get any more specific because I never stayed in one place for long. My reletives didn't like having me around. Thought that I was to much like a guy. To troublesome." She answered. She was greatful that Lysander was breaking the silence.
"What about you?" she asked. "I'd like to get to know you better," she said with a smile on her face. It was just something she had to do. She had a harder time trusting people now.
