It's in one of the trailers. Or it's for the movie. I'm really not sure anymore. it's been a while since I've seen it. I remember it coming up in an article in a magazine that I was reading.

I don;t really know about Death Note, haven't really noticed but the Ending for the Japanese version is no different. It's still English.
