I know you have one. We all have one. There has to be something in this game that has really irked you or scared you or whatever. I'm just nosy enough to ask. 3nodding
For me, it's the way some people have been behaving lately. There's a lot of shouting going on. Um, you guys should really only shout when you need help or are looking for someone. I don't need to know what you did last night in a shout. One guy was swearing every other word. I was just going to switch over to crew talk and ignore it all but wound up quitting the game for the night instead. Lagging majorly. But now that I think about it, I should have jotted down their name and reported them.
There was also a guy I like to call a "stalker". I was just farming orbs. I'm trying to catch up to everyone I know so I like to solo those times. If I don't, my friends all get orbs too causing them to still be light years ahead of me. crying I was crewed with one other person. We quit the crew and went our own separate ways . . . or at least so I thought. He followed the other guy shouting at him the whole way. I know they don't know each because the other guy privately spoke about the "stalker" to me later. What's going on with people? rolleyes

I've been pretty lucky in fairness, most people I've met on zomg have been really lovely and helpful. Although I haven't played much recently. Might come on for a bit tonight.
Haven't really had any horror stories at all really, unless you count my poor old laptop freezing out everytime there were more than 3 people on one screen.

That's good horror story. Laptops freezing always scare me. wink
My graphics card is dying so I'm having a lot of lag and freezing even when I'm not playing zOMG. xd

well i think the main thing these days that bugs me is when the bored level 10 people go around destroying everything while the lower level people are still working on their quests (especially ones that require "kill x monsters" or item drops).
It doesn't bug me so much if they just pass through but when they sit in the area doing that, it gets in the way of other people.
Also when the same people want to crew up but refuse to adjust their CL to match the other players. You get so much better drops when you're all the same instead of some people higher and some lower.

I was grouped with some randoms and myself and another player accidentally were casting Divinity at the same time and one of the members of the group kept yelling at us about how we were wasting the buffs and how we must be in experienced and bought our rings instead of powering them up from level one. He was down right nasty!! He wouldn't stop either - any time this other member or myself would cast a buff at the same time or cast it when we were not fully raged he'd freak out.

That's crazy. Some people get far to in to the game and forget you're there for FUN.
I was recently playing in the Otami Ruins and some kid started following me and my friend around. We checked his stats and saw he was only cl 3.1. We were both capped at cl 8.4. We told him the area was too strong for him but he continued to follow us. When he got dazed, I was happy and left him. Unfortunately, my partner was kind and defibbed him so he continued to follow us around. After we both dazed, we headed to the null so we wound up losing the kid that way. I think he just wanted the goodies from our hard work. evil
