Let's see... offhand, I know that Hawaii and Washington already allow for medical use, and I think Montana, New Hampshire and Vermont are among the green states, too... very eenterestink, I shall have to check that out.

Here's one I ran across a few days ago and have been meaning to post, too -- Ex-presidents of Latin America urge legal marijuana (CNN). It's not exactly a 'stop the presses!' kind of story, but to realize that the former presidents of Brazil, Mexico and Columbia are publicly calling the War on Drugs a phenomenal failure... I dunno, it kinda gives one pause.
