"If there is a Nequus that can control the weather, I'm going to find him," Kali stated blunty as her eyes turned towards the sky. It would be a legend to scribe in the trees, rocks and wind. Perhaps someday she'd find them.

"Mentionable? Me?" Kali looked at him as though he were crazy. What on earth could possibly be that excited in her lifetime?

It was the typical story. A father that was never around. An overprotective mother that practically dumped them when they were old enough. Although, for her credit, Kali didn't know if that was true. Storm gave them their space but she didn't necessarily cast them away without help. Kali didn't know what would happen if she needed her mothers help.

Finding she'd been lost in thought, she cleared her throat and apologize with and, "Excuse me. Sorry."

Then she took a deep breath and said, "There isn't, no. I search out legends because my story is boring not because I have anything to tell." The sun caught her in the eyes and she squinted.

"I should be going back. My sister will come wondering very soon."

The stallion bobbed his head in amusement at that. "And perhaps I should create a story about such a nequus, who knows what you'll find in this world." If Sanue could have avian features, than who knew what else nequus could do. Although he did wait patiently as it seemed Kali drifted off into thought, it allowed him to get a grip on his own internal situation. Yes. He would definatly need to discuss the matter with Cressida first. Perferablly before the drekhead showed up again. Although he was hoping that wouldn't happen.

"Oh? Well legend searching is certainly something, not many nequus I believe would do that." It made her interesting, he decided. Kali didn't seem like a bad sort at least, hopefully she'd find many more 'living legends' to hear about. "I suppose that's it for us as well. Tehya and I should be heading back to the tree soon."

Her riruy had done all that? And her ute as well? She decided she didn't like Zaknafein, not if he had attempted to go after Tucker-waru! Although when Kali said she had to leave soon the filly glanced up with a rather surprised expression. The purple mare was so interesting though! And then Aitumn said they had to leave, oh, that wasn't fun at all. With a sigh the filly shrugged away from her sire's wing and approached the cross mare with a determined expression. "It was very nice meeting you, Miss. If we cross paths again, will you tell me of all the interesting legends you've heard about?" She hoped she would, but it was a stretch asking for something like that.

Perhaps he would create a story. What a silly thing to do. . . make up stories. She elaborated on them, maybe tweaked them a little, but mostly her words held truth. She tried to make them have truth in any case, which was why she sought out these beasts so she could learn of them.

"As it was you. I'm sure I'll have plenty of legends for you when I come back," she told the young foal.

"And I'm sure you'll have your own stories to tell me." There was a light smile on her face. "So take good care and be strong, alright?"

She gave the child a small bump with her nose and then departed in another direction. Her movements were perhaps slower than they were when she'd met them, but it was clear she knew where she was going.
