Quietly, Jep let out a sigh...everything was great. Love and soon a little
sister. She had everything she was hoping for. While Icarus hummed, she
tried to reconize what song it was. Then something came to mind, "Icarus,
can you sing?" She asked. His purring and humming sounded wonderful...
what was his singing like, she wondered?

His face lights up with a grin. "Madam, if there's one thing I do, it's sing." He begins singing, his lilt of a tenor voice splitting the air with each crystal-clear note. "Laudate nomen domini vos servi domini. Abortu ortu solis usque ad ocasum ejus. Decreta dei justa sunt et cor exhilirant. Laudate deum principes, laudate principes et omnes populi."
Rough translation: O come you servants of the Lord, and praise his holy name. From early, early morn to setting sun, his might on earth proclaim. His laws are just and glad the heart, he makes his mercies known. You princes come, you people too, and bow before his throne.
biggrin It's the song I'd be singing this Sunday if I were home. ^_^

The black female gaped slightly, then turned it into a broad smile. "That
was...really, really good. I didn't know you could sing so well!" Jep nudged
him playfully in his shoulder, "What other hobbies do you have?" She
asked curiously.
Edit: Siati just grew...mind if she's in this for a little? n_n If you do...I can
edit this post again. I remember she was still with them when we were first
roleplaying in the thread, and Jep and Icarus are still in the living room...
Siati's cocoon starts to sway back and forth, gradually getting faster until
there was a loud pop, followed by a crack. Squirming out of her now hollow
cocoon was a baby pink floppi, eyes still not opened yet. She lay there
inbetween the two halfs of the cocoon, left ear twitching a little. After a
few moments, her eyes blinked open, looking up to Icarus first.

He laughs. "Thank you. I don't do much else than sing and read." He looks to the newly-hatched Floppi. "Well then. Hello there, little one."

Jep gaped at the now opened cocoon. "SIATI!" She said, going over to her
new sister. She licked the top of her head affectionately, rubbing Siati's
head with her cheek happily. "I'm Jep. This is Icarus." She told her, smiling.
Siati looked to the two a little warily. She tested her legs and tried to stand.
Her legs were a little wobbly, but she managed to stand successfully on her
first time, "J-jep. Icar." She tried repeating.
"This is wonderful!" Jep said, walking back over to Icarus and nuzzling him
again. "Look at'er. Isn't she cute?" She said with a smile as her gaze went
back to Siati.

He smiles, enjoying the look of obvious joy that plays across Jep's face. "She's adorable," he says.

Jep's brown, fuzzy tail swayed with delight. Her yellow eyes filled with
glee, "Did you get to watch your siblings...or neices or nephews hatch?"
She asked her love, her smile still held as she finally turned to face him.
Siati practiced taking her first steps, not so used to standing. She'd get it
sometime. She used her tail as a stand to help keep her balance.

He shakes his head. "No, not a one. Mother used to always hide the cocoons away until they hatched. Then she stopped, and I was always hiding myself away...writing poetry or suchlike." He watches Siati, smiling. "She's lovely."
