Cassiela laughed,"Wonderful role model you got there. On the other hand, my owner is pretty much just a lazy couch potatoe who reads too much manga for her own good." The pala rolled her eyes,"That would be nice eating ice cream in the winter, but hot cocoa in the summer? Yeah right. I would rather not have my tongue burned up too as well as my body...But I must say, good job to you. Sitting around in a blizzard. Smart idea." She grinned. It wasn't that she was exactly annoyed about the idiot sitting around in a blizzard because that was just one of the many things idiots did, but she did enjoy enforcing people's injuries.
"The cafe?" Cassiela blinked. Why was he asking her of that all of a sudden? He couldn't possibly be thinking of suddenly accompanying her there, did he? Not that she really minded now that true conversation was established...but,"It's pretty good. Nice, warm, cozy atmosphere: perfect place to escape this snowstorm. It's really clean as well and there are booths. Oh, and the hot chocolate there is especially good. Why else would I risk getting my feet frozen over traveling in a snow storm? Well, aside from avoiding the ruckus back home of course."

"My owner ranges from procrastinator to workaholic... except the working part is for stuff she shouldn't be doing," he smacked his forehead just from thinking about it, "instead of doing mandatory things she should be doing like studying or doing homework she always does the fun optional things first like working on projects of her own." Yes, her 'smartness' rubbed off on him quite a bit. "And I have my faults as many do," he shrugged, not really minding.
Ah no!! That's almost exactly reaching my standards!! But wait! The employees! "...How 'bout the employees? They alright...?" This was his ace! She seemed similar to him, so for her even hard-works should be close to low-lives! And there's no way that people who keep smiling and being friendly whilst still not be annoying no matter what can exist.

Cassiela grinned, “Must be interesting, your owner I mean. My owner is just procrastinator for everything…Homework, projects. Come to think of it, she has a science project on the animal cell model due this Thursday and she hasn’t so much as looked at it. She’ll be awake till one in the morning on Thursday trying to finish her project. Stupid, much?” It happened every time. She paused, and continued, “Of course there’s stuff that she never procrastinates on like food and sleep as well as reading manga. That’s pretty much her life right there.” She frowned, she knew that she had faults not that she was very keen to admit them. She preferred to keep them hidden as well as can be, but her direct and forceful nature didn’t really help that cause.
The pala blinked, “The employees?” She paused, thinking on it a bit before saying, “They’re okay I guess. Hardly ever pay attention to them. Once I kept telling them to add sugar to my coffee (some stupid person told me that it would help my mood, they were so wrong), and they were perfectly fine with it. Still smiling pleasantly and all that waiter stuffs. Of course I gave them an extra tip just to be nice, but that coffee was bitter.” She frowned at the memory, “Had to ask several times for spoonfuls of sugar.,, Anyways, there you have it. The employees are nice and as long as you don’t start throwing chairs around and destroying the café (which I have never witnessed so this may be inaccurate), they won’t get too unpleasant. (Unless of course the café is destroyed, then I think they might be rather angry.) ”

"My owner is slacking off an essay at the moment- she'll probably get started the night before it's due, maybe later." He sighed, feeling his idiot of an owner trying to cry on his shoulder already. "Oh yes- there's thing my owner does first thing when she has the chance as well, like watching anime, and reading webcomics and manga. I'll find her at 6:40 in the morning on the computer, checking for any updates on her rubbish."
Aeolus bit his lip. They seemed alright... it rested on his shoulders now to make the choice. Soon he'd have to make a turn left to continue heading home, so he'd have to reah a decision soon. DUN DUN DUUUNNNNN.

Cassiela laughed. The two owners sounded so familiar. Both fat lazy blobs and to think that there was another pala out there who had one as lazy as the one she had. How amusing. She made a mental note to herself to remind her owner continously about doing the science project so that she wouldn't have to end up waking up at five in the morning to find her owner looking frantic trying to find glue.
They were getting closer to the crossroads. Cassiela raised her eyebrow, was the pala coming or not? It had occurred to her that it really didn't seem to matter if he came or not though a bit of company could be okay once in awhile. After all, he seemed to share some of her views and that at least made him kind of tolerable. If he should manifest with some sudden strange fetish, while, she'll live.
"So, are you coming or not?"

"I guess I will," Aeolus said, looking in the direction of home. A feeling was spawning inside of him, the kind... where he didn't want to go home just yet. He mentally grumbled to himself- that kind of feeling was for little kids! And he was not a little kid. He was totally an adult, just... really short.
Aeolus continued to walk with the pala, now in the opposite direction of his original destination. He felt a little fidgety, nervous perhaps, but didn't speak. He had to be careful now, as he did not want to upset his companion and be forced to walk the extra distance home.
