Oh..I've gotten through at least 3 Skullcandy Lowriders.
I hate buds, because they get uncomfortable and crap.
Although now I'm currently on the lookout for new headphones.

Those are the exact ones I had. Lemme guess, is the plastic size adjustment thingy breaking?

1st Lowriders-I broke the plastic adjustment thingy because the wire was too long and I was bending over to get something and my knee pulled on the wire as I was getting up.It broke in half.

2nd Lowriders-The sound didn't transmit clearly after months of use.

3rd lowriders-Same as #2

If they kept breaking why did you keep buying the same kind of headphones? neutral

In the last two though, it sounds like there was just a connection problem, that could easily be fixed.

I usually have a pair of headphones around my neck.

I never went through a skullcandy phase, my friend bought a pair and always talked about how good of a sound they had so I decided to take a listen with them and I thought the pair of headphones I got from the dollar store were better(which were horrible), so I never bought any. I actually did have one pair of skullcandy headphones now that I think about it, they were those earbud ones, I hated those.

Oh,I can't stand buds anymore.
The longer they stay in my ear the more uncomfortable it gets and the more quieter the world around me seems when I take them off.

I only use ear buds.

I hate ear buds. I have yet to have a pair that sounds good, which is why I go for the headphones that go around the back of your head, though the sound cancelling ones are way better for sound I just don't want to lug those around all day.

I could just never find a pair that wouldn't stop falling out every few seconds. mad There's also the issue of them being worse for your hearing than regular headphones. And I do miss how the Skullcandies blocked out everything else. Though I love these new ones, it gets kinda annoying being able to hear people talking and stuff over my music. stare

Really, I enjoy being able to hear things over music, I'm always listening to see if people are talking about me, if theres anything coming that could be dangerous, and other stuff. Though when I'm mixing or something I enjoy sound cancelling ones. Right now I have these for that.

Phillips huh? I'm definitely gonna get those! I also had Skullcandies. The thing that you actually stick in the CD, Mp3 player, etc, broke off. I decided to stay away from them after that. I also hate earbuds too, but at the moment that's all I have. In the future I will buy Phillips though.
