It's kind of like rolling your r's, practise rolling your r's and then do that while playing. Short cut flutter tounging!

its like if you try to talk in spanish or something, and you roll your "r's," only while playing your instrument. You can't flutter tongue if you play saxophone or clarinet though. And I'm sure you CAN flutter tongue while playing a percussion instrument....

You can't flutter tongue if you play saxophone or clarinet though. And I'm sure you CAN flutter tongue while playing a percussion instrument.... Yes you can (sax that is, not drums). Heck, you can flutter tounge on oboe. Well, I can't, not really, I've only done it once and it didn't work very well...BUT YOU CAN!

Well, I can't, not really, I've only done it once and it didn't work very well...BUT YOU CAN! no you cant. my teacher told me that. my teacher is NEVER wrong. ever. except for when Im right and he is wrong. but ya...you can't flutter tongue on a reed instrument.
