Does pansexual basically mean that you don't care whats in their pants?
Because thats how I feel. I fall in love with someones personality before I become concerned with whats in their pants. But I'm currently dating a guy and thinking abotu guys most of the time. So what would that make me?

Well this is how I draw the lines. Lez = You could never see yourself with a man in a sexual or in a reletation ship way ever. Bi = You CAN see yourself with either gender. Gay = You could never see yourself with a girl in a sexual or in a reletation ship way ever. Pansexual aka none-pref = You could see yourself with either gender, but your more concirned on the reletation ship than anything else.

So I guess by your definition I'm pansexual.
But how would I explain that to my parents? sweatdrop
This is why it would just be easier to say I'm gay.

Tenaku Satan On The Beach So I guess by your definition I'm pansexual. But how would I explain that to my parents? sweatdrop This is why it would just be easier to say I'm gay. This is true When I do tell my mother its going to be simple. 'I don't have a preference. I don't care about their gender, as long as I'm truly in love with them and they love me in return.'

My parents wouldn't understand that. They'd be like, "just make up your mind. you like guys. are you gay?"
And eventually the only thing I'd be able to tell them is "yes, I'm gay", and only then would they leave me alone.

Yeah. I don't think I'll ever really tell mine. I know I wont tell my father. He doesn't even like the fact that I go to GSA.

I have suspected my bisexuality since I was eleven (that seems to be an age of a lot of discoveries for me smile ) but was I haven't really felt comfortable with it since yesterday, if you believe it. I feel happier now in my own skin.

Ah, so much like my parents. They don't seem to understand that I can like both genders, or just not care (as the case is) and think I'm going through a phase. I stressed myself out for months before I picked a day and told them and now they think I'm 'straight' again and I've grown out of my phase. It's quite bothersome. It's like I'll have to come out to them again when I get older, just to seriously get the point across. *sigh* Silly adults.

First person I told was Onee-san. ^^ *giggle* It took a while to get over the shoke and one day I just rushed to my computer and told her right away. Then we had a little party over MSN messanger. Its really refreshing.

Perhaps I am pansexual as well, I have had a crush on people who don't identify as female or male. MtF and FtM. I don't care about gender either. I could fall for anyone...
