I will be away for Ohayocon from Thursday thru sunday this week. I won't have internet access so I won't be around here for the time.

I will leave, depending on when we get dug out of the foot of snow and ice we have on the ground now. We have a level 2 emergency- not supposed to go out unless it's an emergency.

Why can't terrorists target those places instead of ones where normal people go to..

On a happier note, I was one of 2 con-moms this year and it was great. I got to interact with all the staff and lots of con goers.

Note to GT- providing that DLS doesn't lock you in a cave for 5 yrs- not everyone at anime conventions is "kawaii". And Lone-chan, you've been there- and with ME- and know that it's a great experience.

This year, Tohma got to run the yaoi panel, and did a great job!

I agree that OHAYOCON is like that, but Otakon is not. There are a lot of people that scream out 'Kawaii' and the like while you're walking around. Despite that, Otakon still has some of the best cosplays I've ever seen regardless.
