I also must agree with watchtower, I don't feel I deserved the promotion I recieved also. At this rate, I have a feeling that this guild will grow to include many a crew member but a lack of normal ones.

I do not mean to be disrespectful or what ever, but I do agree with flashstorm. You promoted him the same moment you did me. Also, I have noticed how there are several crew members and VCs that either do not post or do not donate, or received these promotions prematurely or post maturely.
Just wondering, how do you figure when someone is due for a promotion?

I don't know how to put this other than I look for potential. It's almost like a sixth sense, instinct if you will. I know this isn't very good cause for promotion, but to me it makes all the sense in the World.

And he is the guild captain so if we think that he is doing something wrong we can just leave or wait until we come to realize that the judgement he used in his thought-process was indeed correct. Having faith is a very.. very important thing in a 'relatively' new guild.

Yes it is I, the annoying suggester that does nothing... it seems to me that some of the roleplayers in the guild.. are less that completely literate... while we all have our problems... something with them using the same proper noun over and over again bugs me. I think we need to have someone monitoring the roleplays for this, and warning those that don't improve.

The only problem with that is we have semi-lits in the guild who might not know any better. We need to teach them I think.
