First, let me state my sincerest apologies for not being around as much as I should agents, but I do have a small assignment for you to... undertake.

We understand that the plot will probably base heavily on zOMG, so in order to better prepare you Agents, I, Agent Crimson have decided to create a... field guide, so to speak, for all aspects of zOMG, from the sewers to the end.

But here's what I need from my section 4 Agents, history and facts are of no use to me, this needs to be practical. I want all available s4 Agents to look into these areas specifically, monsters, quests, and difficulty.

Monsters would entail detailing the opponents that our Agents may come across during their travels. I would like the general CL level that an agent would have to be to fight the monsters.

Quests would entail... well, the various quests that the NPCs of zOMG would have you take on. These do not need to be super detailed, but I wouldn't mind some detail on the higher end ones. IE: Boss quests.

Difficulty would be the general difficulty of specific areas of the MMO, starting from the sewers and ending at the end.

I'm counting on you.

Report all your findings in this thread. If you do not have the ability to go out into zOMG yourself, please do some classic forum work... read up as much material as you can and report back to this thread.

As a small note, Makata has established a very good guide, with links to others. I would suggest referencing his if needed.

The guide is located here

Use the secret color if anything contains spoilers and make sure there is a warning about it.

Well, I'm not S4, but I can tell you a little about the higher areas...

Gold Beach - ~6.8 - ~7.3
- Anchor Bugs - southern-most ones are equivalent to about 6.8, northernmost ones are about 7.0 or so.
- Sand Golemns - around 6.8 I think
- Sand Fluffs - around 6.6 - 6.8
- Water Spouts - around 6.7 - 6.9

Otami Ruins - 7.3 - 9.0
- Feathered Coatl - around 7.8 I think
- Tiny Terror - Around 7.8 or so
- Bladed Vase - About 8.0 - 8.1
- Mask of Death and Rebirth - About 8.5, but these guys are annoying (they'll root you while they beat you down)
- Tiny Terror Witch Doctor - About 8.3, 8.4 I think
*note: Stone Coatl quest increases the power of the animated depending on the CL of the player(s) involved.

I put in what I could about the Village Greens bossfight and the boss.
If anyone sees it as a spoiler, I'll white out what I added.

I'll start working on the Bill's Ranch area later today.

they're are a variety of monsters in the shallow sea [including brain clams, barnacle fluffs, sea anchor bugs, and a variety of sea spouts], but they can easily be avoided depending on what route you choose. [ill go into the different routes soon]...
