The winged female laughed gently as she watched the two fly about. "Lillith and Maestro? It's nice to meet you." She continued watching them as they danced about. Oh how Seraphina wished she could do things like that. She also began to wish that she had her own little companion friends. They seemed like so much fun! She then noticed the two faeries beckoning to her, and heard Gabriel's comment. "I...I can't," she started, as she wondered what she could say to explain, "I'm...I'm not a dancer. And I'd be afraid of harming your friends, and I'd look ridiculous, and I'd make a fool of myself, and I really wouldn't want to accidentally harm your friends." All these things spilled from her mouth and she turned her face away from Gabriel, almost feeling ashamed for her worries.

Gabriel laughed and tried to prompt Seraphina into accepting the offer, "Than we can both dance horribly together! I am a good flier, but I never got the hang of aerial dancing..." At this point, Lillith and Maestro stopped fluttering around and peered at Seraphina who seemed to not want to dance. They cheeped to each other and quickly swooped down, both of them grabbing onto Seraphina's hand as then began to try and tug her towards Gabriel. The two thought that if the Painters danced together it would be easier for them to relax and enjoy the air. Gabriel began to laugh and flapped his wings slightly to keep himself in place, "Those two will not take no for an answer... And..." Gabriel stared at them as they cheeped at him. Since he had a telepathic bond with his companions, Gabriel was able to understand their archaic language of peeps and squeaks. They two COULD talk out loud if they wanted to, but usually just let Gabriel translate. After a moments pause her looked a Seraphina and continued, "They said that if they couldn't dodge the stray limb of a Painter every so often... the would have been bowled over by me may times... Hey! You know... thats not nice..." Gabriel pouted at his fairies but chuckled, not really angry.

Seraphina gasped slightly as the faeries grabbed her and started dragging her towards Gabriel. What was she going to do? She didn't want to say no to the nice faeries again but yet she didn't know if she could handle being close to Gabriel without panicking and flying away. "But I have not even a clue on how to dance at all." she stammered as she let herself be dragged closer to the winged male. Hearing what he had translated and then his comment about it not being nice, she couldn't help but giggle slightly. "What if I do something horribly wrong? You'd probably make fun of me and tell the whole world and then I'd never be able to face anyone else. As it is you're the first one I've ever seen or even talked too." A few moments passed before she realized that she let slip her secret. Perhaps maybe he hadn't heard it? Oh how she hoped he didn't!

Gabriel held out a gentlemanly paw and waited until Seraphina was closer to him before he tutted and replied to her protests, "I hope you do not perceive me as the type of cruel Painter who would go about flinging gossip around blindly. It rather disheartens me that you would believe so... but I must assure my dear that I would do no such thing." Gabriel carefully tread around Seraphina's comment about never having met of seen anyone before, she had seemed to stiffen slightly after saying it, and decided it was not something she had meant to say. Instead, Gabriel continued and said, "If you haven't a clue how to dance... than now is the perfect time to learn..." He smiled very sweetly and bowed to Seraphina, presenting his hand to her as his coocoon fairies let go. "Will you honor me with this dance my dear...?"

"I wouldn't know if you were that type though, I mean I've only just met you." She looked at him sadly, afraid that she had hurt his feelings for suggesting that he would do such things. Seraphina watched as the faeries let go of her hand and she stared at it, her mind only partially working as she heard him ask if she would honor him with this dance. Her mind was warring with itself, debating whether to stay and learn to dance, or to flee but hurt his feelings even more. She really didn't want to hurt him, but she was slowly getting to be in panic mode. Her wings were now fluttering fast as she stared at him, a look of fear flashing across her face. "I...I...uh, well I...umm I...y..yes?" she managed to get out, even if she was stuttering.

Gabriel nodded carefully and moved forward ever so slightly so that his hand was under Seraphina's, "I may have failed to mention, but my fairies are also very talented singers... Hit it Maestro!" Gabriel motioned to Maestro who began to start humming deeply, a sweet, melodic song that seemed to resonate through the air. Gabriel gently tugged on Seraphina's hand, pulling her into a gentle turn, and said, "Do calm yourself my dear. There is only you, me, and my fairies up here. My fairies love you dearly and I think you are wonderful... the only person up here that is making you nervous is yourself... relax my fair lady... its only a dance..." He chuckled and quirked his eyebrow's comically, gently guiding Seraphina through the air with slight tugs and shifts of his hands and body. It was a gently waltz motion, not too difficult, yet very beautiful.

Seraphina heard the fairy humming and her mind started to relax slightly. She had always enjoyed music both singing and listening. Upon hearing Gabriel say that he thought she was wonderful, her face turned back to the red color that had been gradually disappearing. "Why, why would you think I'm wonderful?" She asked quietly as she allowed him to guide her through the air. Her confidence was slowly building back up, as she listened to the sound of Maestro's music. She wasn't going to die after all!

Gabriel kept his face in a pleasantly happy expression, trying to spread his calm to Seraphina. He pulled her around in slow twirling circles as they made their way across the sky and around Maestro. Lillith took out a very small flute and began to play along to Maestro's voice. Then, Gabriel looked into Seraphia's eyes and replied, "Why would I not think you are wonderful? I have just met you and I can tell you are very sweet and very kind. You are exceptionally beautiful, and exceptionally graceful, no matter what you say on the subject."

The winged p'an allowed herself to be twirled around. She was starting to feel relaxed and calm, instead of the panicky feeling she had been since she first saw Gabriel. It was actually quite nice for her and she really quite enjoyed it. "I have no say in the matter do I?" she asked with her face still red as she avoided eye contact with him. Seraphina then noticed the sound of a flute and saw the other fairy playing the beautiful instrument. "They are quite talented."
((Sorry for taking so long. Got caught up in a ton of stuff going on. @_@))

((O-o; Oh lord... I took forever to respond too... ))
Gabriel smiled slyly and replied, "No... no say in the matter at all. You WOULD have a say in the matter if what you said were truthful, but since you tend to weave these ridiculous fantasies about how "un-special" you are... I will hear nothing of it...." He chuckled and then continued, still gently leading Seraphina through the sweet rolling dance, and he said, "They have brightened up my life, those two little ones have. For since I have yet to father any children, those two fill that void in my heart quite nicely, for the time being at least..." Gabriel said this in nonchalantly, he hoped what he said wouldn't make Seraphina uncomfortable. He simply did not know how else to explain his relationship with Maestro and Lillith....

"But they aren't fantasies! They are true." Seraphina nodded as she spoke. He couldn't tell her that thoughts and views of herself were mere fantasies! Or at least she thought he couldn't, for as it was she was beginning to doubt herself. "You don't have any children?" she looked up at him curious like. "But you seem like the type that would have many ladies fawning over you. For you really are quite nice and well..." she paused a moment her face reddening even more, "you look real nice as well."
