We have three beands:
Concert- Everyone get put into this one unless you are in wind emsemble.
Wind Ensemble- high, good band. Audition only.
Jazz Band- for everyone who wants to be in it. I'm not sure if they have to take another band or not though.

Concert Band: 6th grade band.l Beginner band.
Symphonic Band: 7th grade band. Middle rank band.
Wind E. : 8th Grade band. Best band. Some 7th graders are in it, but only a few.
Jazz: Open to anyone who wants to join, but it's done by audition.
But you have to be excellent to be accepted.
Honors: Only open to 6th graders.But it's done by skill. It's only once.
Region Honors: Only open to 7th + 8th graders. One horn in the 8th grade made it in my school. He's excellent. :3 Only once, like Honors. [Done by skill]
Marching: High School only, 9-12. ;_; I wish I could be in it now. D: [But I'm only in middle school..

Concert Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, and Woodwind Ensemble which is sort of non-existent.

Well, at my school, the basic band class is concert band.
Then, the "higher rank of band class" is AP music theory.
Then we have a bunch of different bands that you can join, but aren't classes, those are jazz band, marching band, guitar club, and winter percussion.

jazz band..............(chz) don't ask, i don't know what it means either lol
concert band..........(concert band)
another jazz band we have that's more swing and rock (breez)
all girls choir...........(category 5)
hint, most are based on hurricanes since our mascot is the hurricane smile
