Gaia does not need to hire mercs. If they want more mods all they have to do is promote more users. There is no shortage of responsible people doing what they can for Gaia, even without the green name tag.
Basically it just sounds like the user wants to make a "Secret Police" guild and at the same time be official and get paid.
I say if he really wants to do something about it, then maybe he should try to make the guild. But until his unit has garnered more reputation and respect from gaia there is no chance of them being officially recognized, much less hired.
Yeah, and we all remember how the secret police thing works out. Let's look back at history to Russia's secret police, Germany's secret police in WW2...yeah...not a good idea
