Kojiro watched the racoon girl kick up the dust, unconcerned with her minor show of emotion. She would be over it soon anyway. If he had reacted in anger like she wanted him too they would be in a fight by now and no one would have been the victor in the end. Truly he had done well in remaining calm.
Silently, he watched as the merman Akoi came back with the rope. Examining it, he smiled inwardly to himself. This would do nicely. Approaching Akoi, he gave him one of his rare, warm, genuine smiles and kissed him softly on the cheek, then spoke in a low deep voice, "I thank you, my aquatic friend."
Turning back to his possessions, he summoned the wind causing it to wrap the rope in itself and begin bundling up his possessions swiftly and orderly.
(I hope Akoi likes panda lol)

Akoi tilted his head, a bit taken aback by what happened and watched in amusement as the rope was lifted into the air with a strange use of wind magic. "Hm, no prob. I suppose that was worth the effort. We don't have anybody who can use wind magic in our family so it's interesting to watch." He looked over at the little upset girl and smirked. "You know, you really sound like you'd get along well with my little brother.
[Ironic, his little brother and Krissy is in a fight right now. And lol, Akoi is apparently attracting a lot of people as of late, for being a stuck up little fishboy. Lol. *watches in facination* He's gonna get himself in trouble.]

Kojiro finished wrapping up his possessions then turned over to Akoi. "If..you...would..like...you...may...come...along...with..me...as...i..ccontinue..my ..travels." Gently he took up his possessions, placing them upon the seashell that was really well formed water, a bit of shadow and wind to lift it and placed his possessions in a bubble behind and back on the shell. "What..do..you..say?
(And kojiro performs another bit of magic)

Akoi thought about it for a second. "Sure, I'm always travling around the ocean anyway. But I can't go too far because I often need to check on the family. My sister is going to give birth soon, and I am frequently watching my youngest sister who's still a child. But as I said, you'll find me quite often around the beach."

Kojiro considered him for a moment before nodding and mounting his shell. "That is.... no problem... my friend. I.. will... ride.. my seashell... along, just.. above the... water so.. that.. I.. do.. not discomfort you. I..would..not..want..to..put..such..a..beautiful..boy..as..yourself..in..distress." Slowly, he reached out, caressing his cheek for a moment before turning and seating himself upon his seashell. "Shall...we...be..off?"
(and the heat is on for Akoi. this is going to be fun, dont you agree?)

Akoi blushed slightly at the flattery. He was not the kind to turn away someone who would give him so much attention, and he certainly liked the compliments. He basked in them, actually. "Sure. Sounds like fun. And don't worry, I don't feel uncomftorable. It will be... nice to have some company in the ocean. It will make things more interesting. Where did you have in mind to go?"
(*laughing* Yes, indeed it will be.)

As Kojiro made himself comfortable, he smiled inwardly at the merman's blush. He was adorable that was an undeniable fact. Enjoying the attention he gave him was also an undeniable fact of the merman. In time, he hoped to learn more facts about him, perhaps even get a little closer.
"Not far... I.. was.. thinking.. just this.. side.. of.. a.. small.. seaside.. village... that I... must... visit... for.. a.. few.. errands. It's.. too.. bad.. you.. cannot.. come.. upon.. land. I.. would.. truly.. enjoy.. your.. company.. my.. friend." At friend he bent down to lay a chaste kiss upon his cheek, then righted himself again, commanding his water seashell to lift, and then slowly hover forward along the water.
(Sorry I was gone for a while. It's been one of those weeks. On a better note it seems there may be love in the air for this land and sea pair. hehe =^_^=. What do you think Cat?)

Akoi followed the seashell, easily keeping up with it's speed, and now totally enamoured with the whole situation. He hadn't ever been one to care about anything another was doing, but now it seemed he was very interested in learning more about Kojiro.
"It is too bad. But I'm used to keeping myself occupied in the water. And the new area will be interesting enough to explore." He kept to following the shell and would go under the water every now and then, and come up, playing when he felt like it.
(Yup! Seems like they are hitting it off very well. It's okay, I've been sick and I started the semester this week so no worries or rush.)
