well, hello, to anyone who's reading this. i feel bad since Angel_of_Joy seems to be working REALLY hard to keep this guild going, and I--useless person that i am--have absolutely no helpful ideas on how to revive it. so i thought maybe i could start a thread (not like im expecting it to attract hundreds of new members or anything.....). anyways, ive heard recently that Johnny is going to propose to vanessa paradis.....FINALLY! i mean, maybe im naive on how dating works (never been on a date in my 19 years of life), but it seems a little odd that they've been going out for 10 years....i mean, im happy for them and everything, but why wait 10 years?!?! i certainly hope this relationship lasts forever for the sake of their kids and everything.....i know Johnny's parents divorced when he was a teenager and im sure that he would hate for his kids to share a similar experience......any thoughts (sorry that was SO LONG!)????

whether he proposes or not they are practically married already. they've been living common law for over ten years and have two children together. i consider them together forever. heehee.

I'm pretty sure it was a rumor. It was a rumor that they were going to get married back in June, and now it's circulated back into the press. I'm pretty sure it's not true. But they consider eachother husband and wife because they've been together so long and because they've got kids.

I dont thinks its true. I was watching a think on him not to long ago and it said that they had no intention of ever getting married. But who knows maybe someday they will. That common-law thing has pretty much sealed the deal, besides why ruin the relationship with the pressure that marrige puts on a relationship. I think what they got now is great. Jealous of course, but still a great thing.

Most likely not. Johnny says, for all extensive purposes, and to him, they are married. Just not officially.

Back when the other rumors were flying around not too long ago about this, I heard that Johnny said that he and Vanessa wanted to wait until the children around around 18 years old because they want to have an exotic Arabian wedding with sexy masked dancers and strippers and alcohol and whatnot... not sure if he was joking. You never know.

I was never sure about Vanessa and Johnny for the fact that they seem like they're married already since they have two kids and all. They should just get married already neutral

I once read that they said they would only get married if their kids wanted them to.

Well, if they've been living together, then there is no big difference between being married or not. Maybe they would get married because of laws issues, for example, to leave the money for the kids when they die or something... Dunno, don't understand much of laws anyway mrgreen
