Our first annual Secret Santa event is going on! The sign-up thread is going down tomorrow, December 21, 2008 at 6:00 pm PST.

It has come to my attention that the hotlink to this announcement in the guild notification sent out earlier today is broken. This is the fault of Gaia; I checked the link and it was fully functional prior to me sending out the message and it was working fine.

It seems as if the problem lies in how Gaia connects you to this announcement - last time this happened, Gaia added an extra http. In other words, instead of http://www.gaiaonline.com, it looked like httphttp://www.gaiaonline.com in your address bar.

I looked at a friend of mine's link, and it seems to be working all right, so this seems like it's only affecting a few users. If you could please post a reply back stating what web browser you are using (ie: Internet Explorer, Firefox), I may be able to figure out what's going on with it.
