I.... hate the celebrity snare stuff.
It's expensive as ******** the items aren't even that good.
What are your opinions?
I sort of want an Elvis wig.... but not enough to get one.... or even quest for one.
Do the celebrities get paid for these? ARe they paying Gaia for these? If so.... why charge, Gaia?
I dunno. I hate it.

*applauds* I hate 'em too. One second I am like, "An announcement!" Next I am groaning for being Celebrity Snare. If it was like Elvis's birthday I could understand. And Yes I know he is dead! But for no reason? It is dumb.

I frown upon the celebrity snare. I don't really care for any of the items. It just shows that gaia is selling themselves out. I can understand that the site costs. Shouldn't the advertising quests, the cash shop, and monthly collectibles be enough?
this was the first time I got a celebrity snare announcement. Ithought it was going to be an evolving item report. I was bitterly disappointed. Okay, I'm going to write a philosophy final essay. Bye bye

I wish they'd just release some generic fedoras in a shop update. I don't really like the color of Justin Timberlake's.
Man, I saw the video of the company that's doing these, back when the snoop dawg and hulk ones came out. They mentioned making stuff for both Elvis and JT, but I was still a little surprised...

I don't like Celebrity Snare that much, but obviously my opinions will change in the event we get items from a celebrity I actually LIKE.

Ok. I am a collector of instruments on Gaia. I own every guitar I can get. I'll eventually buy the elvis guitar once it drops in price and one day I'll have demona and angelus's as well.
Point is, Gaia isn't really selling out. it's a 30/70 split. It's just buisness really. Selling out is just that, being sold to a bigger company who doesn't care as much as the gaia staff does now using the same people to not do as much. Sure gaia wants to make money. Any legit buisness would. You guys just don't get it. Gaia does care about us members. Every few weeks they come out with new and exciting things to do and have. And when they have to cost more we all say their selling out. In reality their just making sure we can have all this stuff. People have to be paid to work on the gaia staff and to keep gaia online even. A domain is nothing. Names mean nothing. Keeping it online 24/7 does. Gaia has to make sure things don't crash around us right? That costs money. money that gets paid to the people who are paid to constantly watch the servers for possible problems. They do care. It just costs money. Much as anything in the real world does.

That guy's really loaded ever since he attended that "Marketplace and YOU!" course. Aznburninator Yami's Axe is called Gustav's Axe, and TIM's backpack is called Doc's Harness. Get em while they're hot, fellas. Yeah, I already knew, thanks to the totally awesome "view equipped list" feature, that people like to turn off just to be annoying. I will hunt them down, and poke them in the ribs. One by one.
