Perhaps. But it is unfinished business nonetheless.
The rex allowed his own rumbling of dull humor. For a femme so harsh, no blood had been shed as of yet. To that end, he could respect her intelligence and self-control. His sharp eyes watched as she stepped to the side, and he took the signal without pause. His travels could begin again...even if the scent trail had faded in this area.
Another question? What more is there to ask?

She gave a light chuckle, "what more to ask why it is you are hunting him." She stared at him still sizing him up to even if she could win, the pay for the next length of days would be unreal, and leave her open to all those others that seem to hate her presence.
No for once she was going to hold her anger there was no good side outta losing it. She glared at the male a part of her hoped he would just leave already, the other side wished to keep him around only because he didn't fear her like most.
(( she may be evil but she gets lonely xD ))

His feathered crest ruffled and he shook his head of the effect while huffing lowly.
"There can only be one Alpha in this territory. It's the law of nature. And my kin...proves too much a threat to that right."
And so, just like any other predator, he'd have to challenge the other to secure a status. Losing wasn't an option for Nishant. Eyes turned to glance back at the other, noticing her judging eye. Hn. He took a heavy step with a cautious frown.
"And what of you? Have you hunted today?"

With a slight switch of her tail she nodded, seemed a well enough reason, tho if his sibling was anything vs his size she was starting to wonder.
"survival of the fittest." she smiled a bit showing more of her teeth before closing her mouth and growling. Her eyes slitted a bit and she was drawn back to the fact of the matter one or the other was on someones territory.
She perked a bit as the subject of hunting was brought before her, "of course but all i ever do is just that." she flexed her claws a bit then relaxed them before snorting.
"there are no boundary's for me i go where i will. If someone has an issue well they may take it up with me." once again she got that hardened blood thirsty look to her eyes.
