Today was thanksgiving, family came over, sister in law made a jackass of her self like usual.

And I had too much pumpkin pie -_-

How was everyone's thanksgiving who celebrated it?

I'm canadian, so mine was awhile ago. I think I worked for it, so it wasn't anything special. I didn't even get turkeys sad

I kinda want pumpkin pie...

I had more fun at my husband's family's Thanksgiving Dinner. Mine decided they wanted to be douches and not only eat at a lodge area where you had to pay, but decided they couldn't wait for us. -.-

No. They knew we couldn't be there till after 12 anyway, they just couldn't wait.

It's fine though. XD Apparently the food sucked and they had to wait in line for about an hour or so to get it. It was just terribly planned and my aunts decided to be rude to us while we where up there, so we just kinda felt like it was a wasted trip was all.

I don't know if you will see this since its waaay after thanksgiving but,.

what is pumpkin pie? I get that it is a pie of pumpkins xd but which part is it made from, and is it a desert or a savoury food? surprised

XD I looked it up. It's the layer right under the skin that you use apparently. Not the squishy insides stuff that holds the seeds.

It's a desert though. You can also dry and bake the seeds to make a little snack too.

I just don't like pumpkins XD.
