Well, deary, I'm rather certain they'd trust a Vampire less than even a Dark Elf," she replied with a grin wide enough to reveal her teeth this time, "But I wonder just how you ended up in your current state. This certainly isn't normal lest the bite of a Light Elf turns you into one," she joked, giving Light Elves the same role as she had with her human victims. Well, the survivors at least.

"I'm not too certain, myself..." She muttered, deciding to keep the potion incident to herself. "But, them...they don't take betrayals too lightly..." An idea sparked in Lycoris's mind. "Um...Ms. Bloodworth...might I ask...if it's not too much of a hindrance...to follow you wherever you may go?"

"My dear, I wouldn't mind at all. But I'm afraid merely following me you may grow bored. As you should already know, I'm unable to walk in the daylight, restraining my time out quite a bit. But, with the Animated beginning to rise, and a new threat in sight, humans are quick to band together. Many people have been forming 'Clans'. Groups venturing together to destroy and learn of the Animated. I, myself, was even thinking over such an option," she explained as she kept smiling, "With my own clan named Clan Sapphison. But you see, not many tend to stay with me for long, so I'm the only member so far..."

"Now there's a problem," Claire thought aloud, tapping a finger to her cheek. "Perhaps we can find an Inn somewhere? Barton must have one somewhere, don't you think?" she asked, glancing passed the flamingos and gnomes over towards the city walls.

"Oh...uh...yes...um..." Lycoris started to stutter and blush. She looked over North of the Village Greens, where Barton was close by. She was hoping to hide her red face.

"Well, perhaps you should go take a look," Claire mumbled just loud enough to be heard as she snapped her umbrella open again.
"Unfortunately, the clouds are telling me that my time is up," she added, pointing to a set of clouds that were slowly turning a bright blueish hue. Quickly she spun around on one foot and walked steadily away from her spot to return to her current place of shelter.

Lycoris watched as Claire walked away. She looked towards Barton again with an unsteady heartbeat. She swallowed and headed towards the town.
