Was written at a music festie in September. On about 2 hits of LSD.
I got full points on it from my teacher (was written for my philosophy class)
Zoe: wind ground plants breath life song of the bugs send enough to find a way for feet to move. An inner beat. Driven by nature but no t restricted. Epitome of freedom. Hush even around chill in the air. Pure passion, raw, unadulterated, power. Binding spirit un-judging focused nature accepts whatever a person or thing brings them. Anything goes, everything is. Wind carries oxygen. Sky brings rain, ground carries fruit and feed, plant and animal. No one needs more than what provides, purely desires. Earth, the mother gives us all we need to whatever extent we entail. She can be used in good or evil, freedom or oppression. Blend onyx and emerald, topaz, jade, opal, fluid gem white on outside but all colors, even dark outside colors in. Money not needed all for barter com from the earth. Food, water, trades in gems for other goods: art, drugs, food; life and death all incorporated. Opal, graphite, onyx, jade. Quartz crystal channel power, connection with all around, light to rainbow colors for dying. Grasses, plants, stems, berries, leaves flowing from section to section. Pitiful the trash we drop on it, use it as an ashtray, a garbage can, a c** dump even at times; dropping as much on her until she leaks from the onslaught of whatever comes down into her body. Perfection destroyed as we try to corrupt it into what we think of as perfect. The ten of nature, just as people try to put others into the perfect ten they see people as requiring to fit in order to be as whole as a person should be. People, animals, and natured tormented into this way and the pureness and perfection of the untamed to tame, acceptance to denial, love to hate, peace to war; the force of something to become more perfect even when achieved destroys the original. Corrupts it to a lesser being or state. Rippling water, tide brings both in and out. Life as water coaxes the animal, plant, soul, and flesh. Death as it drowns and overcomes the amount of what exists. Unbridled, lawless, governed only by itself. No being can strip it of its infinite power to help and hinder, aid and destroy. Always in flaw and motion, stream endlessly. Start and end are one and the same for at the base the air takes up to fulfill the need that exists at the fount. Chorus and symphony of nature, grander than any that is produced by man. The power of nature surpasses whatever many may ever think of. Nature has laws other than what the area of nature puts on it. Quiet faulting, simply put. Softness, thoughtlessness; being soaking into one. Becoming true to yourself allows all to com forth. Welcoming earth grounds you and brings peace into your body, your mind, and your soul. Animals are nature's drum beat, the rhythm keepers who keep all flow. The wind adds the harmonious tones to the plants peaceful melodies. The ground of nature is the conductor setting out the course in which all follow. Growth of harmony and all will be as one in a flowing boundless mass of life. See each taking and giving as they need. Following only what the mother hoped for all to come to see as a solution to the problems that they face.

My initial reaction: Longest. Haiku. Evah.
I'd love to see it put to music, though, actually. It has a sort of CSN-y kind of vibe. heart
