She scratched the foals behind the ears as they fell asleep curled up against her. The only thing she had to give milk were her human breasts, she did not have a teat like a normal horse of cow. "They will get enough nutrition, I will make the milk for them special, I know proper herbs and such they will need, i want no magic to sully these babies."

Dark looked over at the cows. "looks like your outta a job." he mumbled, chuckling at the end. he was shocked that out of the two, she would trust the wolf. Her life, her decision he figured. NOw to get the pack up before dawn for hunting. he bowed, dismissing himself as he walked toward the house.

Dark returned from his day of training with sweat upon his brow and his skin rough where the weights had been. He looked over the estate and found everything orderly. The extra cows he requested were added to the herd, the forest was tended, and the house still standing. He couldn't think of much else to look forward to accomplishing... save for a certain matter.

Dark left his bag at the house and took up his family's blade that rested above the mantle. With the giant two-handed blade over his shoulder, he made way into the wood. Emerging hours later, he grunted slightly as he carried the blade amongst several trees, additional trees being dragged behind him. Reaching his intended spot, he began working on his project.

Sweat, determination, endurance, and careful consideration went into his task. Every board cut laid precisely, every nail driven flush. As the sun broke the dawn over the estate, Dark emerged from a finished cabin made from the strong oak of the forest. As he leaned against the doorway, Kelaih appeared in his human form. "Amazing Dark!" he exclaimed, his eyes glowing with excitement. "What a wonderful playhouse for us!" Dark smiled at his ignorance before the boy tilted head to the side. "Um... Dark." the boy remarked. "Why is the doorway so big... and the inside have straw all over it?"

Dark chuckled a moment. "This isn't a playhouse Kelaih." he explained. "It's a place for Soi and the foals to stay when she is here. Thats why it's only a few yards from the milking barn." Kelaih looked at him strangely but didn't ask questions. He knew Dark had his reasons. Keliah took off into the fields as Dark slid to the ground tired. Another moment and his eyes closed heavily as he fell asleep.

Dark raised his head half-conscious. "Bed... bed.. sleep... where?" he muttered, barely having the focus to talk before snapping out of it. "I'm fine..." he assured suddenly to himself as he stood. "I just wanted to be the welcoming party"
