Personally, I can't stand Flemish food art (the dark paintings with fish or meat and fruit and cheeses in bowls)-- I think it's creepy.


I'm ever so sorry, I know that it's "classic art", but that just doesn't make me hungry.... In fact, just the opposite really. Go fig....
The other style I don't care for really isn't a style. Columns. I spent two semesters in art history class in college learning about Ionic, Doric, and Corinthian columns in particular; their fluting and relief. And about Egyptian columns and their capitals and their bas relief.
Which is why I cring during Mel Brook's History of the World Pt. 1 where the guy yells out "Columns get your columns".
