Baldur sighed, he was sitting in the city park watching pairs of birds fly together over head, to him it was a beautiful sight. Nothing in the world was more beautiful then love, so innocent and pure... or at least thats what he imagined it to be, from the way his parents acted it didnt seem like they were in love at all, or at least not by his standards. As he watched the birds he started to think about things, about life, about the people he'd met, about his friend tatsuya, about wanting to be a good show dog, and more importantly about a girl who seemed to have a hold over his thoughts a lot lately. Her name and face seemed to enter his thoughts at the most random of times as well, it was rather strange, he didnt know why he kept thinking about her, or why she made his stuttering seem to worsen.

Sonomo was excited to be off her leash and out of that insufferable carrier her owner wanted to have her in. Her owner was the doting kind, but she cared a lot. Sonomo ruffled her fur, panting in delight as she ran across the grass in long bounds, before halting abruptly at the familiar dog who stared up into the trees. She confined her will to jump upon him with her excitable exuberance, and settled into an ambling stride toward him instead. "Baldur!" She squeaked out, repressing every urge to break into her uncontrollable giggles. The male puppy had become something of a companion to her, making her feel warm inside. He was kind to her, even with his stuttering.
She felt herself blush at the thought, and lowered her blue-grey eyes briefly, before she looked up once more at her quarry.

Baldur's eyes widened as she heard the familiar voice, knowing he would have recognized it anywhere as he turned his eyes away from the trees to her. He smiled shyly "h-hi sonomo!" he giggled, his wagging tail brushing about the leaves by it. He tilted his head to the side "your o-owner took you to the park too t-today?" He winced slightly as he tried to fight the embarassing stuttering. A grin spread across his face as he was overcome by happiness at her arrival, he was having a good day but this made it all the better.

Sonomo felt her cheeks warm beneath her fur at his happy gaze. "Hello, Baldur." She said in a polite tone. She was being sheepish, unsure of what to say beyond her greeting. She shuffled her paws lightly in the grass, trying to think of something that would be a good conversation, and found little besides her happiness. She shook her head, her long ears flopping lightly.

Baldur smiled watching her with a slight giggle, "lovely day i-isnt it?" he commented as he glanced up at the birds again. "its a l-lucky thing our o-owners both b-brought us here today i-isnt it?" he chuckled, shifting nervously he glanced back at her. "or at l-least i thought s-so" he quickly added not sur eof what was proper to say to a girl, let alone one this pretty. He wracked his brain as he tried to think of better topics, perhaps she would like to chat about the weather? he shook his head, weather was too boring to say the least and he didnt want her to think him boring, instead he turned his gaze to his paws looking slightly frustrated with himself.

"It is!" Sonomo said quickly, giggling happily. She always enjoyed talking to Baldur, even with his stuttering. He was kinda cute... She snuffed, tucking her nose under a paw, her light grey eyes staring up at Baldur. "I'm glad she did. We can...hang out together."

Baldur smiled looking up at her, her giggle was so adorable it made him fill with indescribable warmth. "y-yeah hanging out is.... f-fun" he grinned his tail wagging slowly to some unknown rhythm. "I h-hope this k-kind of coincidence h-happens more often" he blushed happily. He tilted his head trying to think of another topic "so what k-kind of things do y-you like to do?"

"Like to do?" She repeated with a small giggle. "Hmm...Good question." She said, rather surprised. What did she like to do? Agility training was always fun, she got to run as fast as she wanted, and then her manners class. That was fun too. She got to socialize with puppies who were as hyper as her, and learned what the humans thought was the proper way for dogs to act. It was all fun in her mind. "Running!" She said matter-of-factly. "Running fast!" She giggled.

Baldur smiled nodding, "i g-guess its a g-good question if y-you s-say so." he giggled watching her his head tilted to the side, "r-running? really? " he grinned "your r-really fast i'm s-sure" the image of her running played in his mind, it was rather a lovely picture and he blushed for thinking such things.
