Characters on this list have been created and may not be ordered again. Different outfits doesn't not count as different Chandra. But as the saying goes there are exceptions to every rule.
If you own the character, and would like to order them again in a different outfit you may. It will be treated as the same Chandra, just a different image to show the new outfit. Only the person who owns the original form of the character may do this.
If a connected character is proven to be different enough (looks, personality, etc.) to count as it's own character, it may be ordered. Please ask about this before trying to order, so we can be sure that it will be ok.
